My dear friend Tony, who owns the world famous restaurant Taverna Tony's, was telling us wonderful stories of his youth in London and the tales surrounding his first restaurant he opened near Hyde Park in the 60's.

His cocky ( as he put it ) attitude, brought the cream of the crop to his restaurant from Elizabeth Taylor to rock star Jimi Hendrix,
yet his fondest memories were of a poster ( above ) on the wall that drove in customers from miles around. Tony said it brought out the confidence in people and inspired greatness.

Words to live by.

  3. Hear! Hear! Love this. Do you know if they've recreated the poster as a digital print for sale or something?
