As fantasy's go, mine would not necessarily consist of celebrities as they once did, but I got the closest thing to it when, first Ewan Mcgregor comes into our humble little store in The Malibu Country Mart this Saturday. I however was absent, but my first in charge that day, Avalon, was happy to "look into his dreamy eyes" ( as I was told ). Ewan complimented us on our efforts and planned to come back soon...



Today was my turn and I didn't even realize how blessed I was when Kelly Cutrone of MTV's "the Hills" and "The City" - not to mention Bravo TV's "Kell On Earth" ( move over Rachel Zoe, you've officially been replaced ) came to visit. Accompanied by the beautiful Elizabeth of the Mart's PR office, Kelly was sizing up the stores and gave us a thumbs up - "you're really onto something" followed by some very important upgrades and ideas - of which we plan on following every last one of them! My girls Heartleigh and Allegra had eyes big as saucers - but kept their composure surprisingly well. Then after Kelly left, I got some schooling of my own from the underlings - "go home and tape "The City"!!!!! Gotcha girls. I 'm on it... and thanks Kelly!!!
